Bart Mead is currently the Land Commercialisation Director for NEOM, where he is focused on pioneering land development and commercialisation strategies for the groundbreaking mega-project in Saudi Arabia. NEOM represents a bold vision for the future, blending advanced technology with sustainable urban planning to create a global innovation hub.
Prior to joining NEOM, Bart was an Executive Director of Valuations at JLL, where he led the Virtual Assistance Support Team for JLL’s Global Valuation Advisory business. Tasked with supporting and managing the strong growth trajectory of the advisory business, Bart developed controlled growth strategies within a high-growth environment.
With 30 years of experience advising financial institutions, government bodies, and private clients, Bart’s expertise spans valuations across industrial, commercial, retail, and residential assets. He has significant experience in property acquisition, resumption, retrospective valuations, and rental reviews and is adept at preparing expert witness reports for the Land and Environment Court and the Family Court of Australia.
Bart’s career has been marked by a strong commitment to innovation, with a particular focus on integrating technology and data within the property sector. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute, a Certified Practising Valuer, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Bachelor of Business (Real Property Valuation and Administration).
