Llew is a leading Australian serial startup entrepreneur and investor that has foundered and exited to ASX entities over his 24 year investing, digital and marketing career.
Between 2006 and 2016, Llew was the Founder and Managing Director of The Reload Group, one of Australia’s largest digital & eCommerce marketing agencies. Llew built the Reload business to 90 staff and 300 clients located in offices throughout Brisbane, London and Manila. From 2016 to 2022 as Chair, he oversaw the global governance function and Reload’s sale to Hardie Grant Media.
From 1999 to 2006 Llew was co-Founder of leading Queensland web, eCommerce and digital agency Alfresco, that was sold to a consortium led by the ASX listed STW Group.
Llew is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) for the Bentleys Carefactor Aged Care Tech Global Accelerator and is the former EiR for the Muru-D Accelerator and Activate+ programs at River City Labs.
Llew is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), holds a BA from the ANU, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (FIML).

Through this role Heath advises several Boards of Multi-Billion dollar organisations, Chairs a number of Advisory Councils and Family Councils, and works with high growth business owners around their scale up and commercialisations activities.
Heath is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia, New Zealand, and Responsible Manager (RM), Board and Investment Committee member for Bentleys full and unrestricted Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).
Heath is a well regarded and long standing active early stage investor (angel, seed and venture capital) and later stage private equity investor. Heath is also a CSIRO ON mentor, Brisbane Angels Member and a QLD Government Mentoring 4 Growth mentor. Heath’s interests are particularly focused on the technology transfer from research institutions into commercial business outcomes.
Principal of LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane and Brisbane City Residential, Ben’s expertise in the city’s property industry extends back 30 years. An influential member of the LJ Hooker brand, he is one of only a handful of Brisbane-based business owners elected to represent the national network through its Advisory Group and it’s Franchise Owners Council.
Qualified in Property Valuation from the University of Queensland, Ben is a second-generation property specialist who has worked in every facet of the property industry.
As the joint Principal of LJ Hooker’s Brisbane City Commercial and Residential Brisbane agencies, Ben oversees the management of client investment portfolios which extend from inner-city apartments to warehouses and greenfield corridors across an integrated team.
His reputation for premium results has built long-serving relationships with private and publicly-listed entities including Evans Harch, Winning Appliances, The Distributors, Delfin, Stockland, Australand, GraysOnline, Toll, The Gorman Group, Woolworths, Birite, Caltex and 7-11.
Dr Michael Drew is the co-founder of Drew, Walk & Co and is a trustee director, investment committee and advisory board member of CareSuper, Petroleum Fund of Timor-Leste, QIC, and Mary Aikenhead Ministries.
He is the former trustee director and advisory board member of QSuper and Australian Retirement Trust and a former executive of QSuper, QIC, Ord Minnett, and JB Were & Son.
Georgia is Managing Partner of Sprint and leads the team, investor relations, operations, compliance and human resources.
With a career spanning Westpac, Deloitte, General Electric, Nomura and family offices, Georgia is an experienced and analytical finance, risk and operations leader across international companies, and an advocate for thriving, inclusive workplaces.

At Sprint, Tristan supports all aspects of the deal flow process, from origination to reviewing investment proposals and opportunities. He also works closely with our portfolio companies in helping them solve their most important issues.
Tristan is a recent graduate of the University Queensland with degrees in Commerce and Laws (honours), and a major in Finance. He has over three years working experience as a Paralegal at Thomson Geer and was previously an Investment Analyst in UQ’s Student Managed Investment Fund. Tristan is highly passionate about the Australian start-up ecosystem and loves all things technology.
His commitment to the start-up community led him to win the King & Wood Mallesons’ Transform Law Competition in 2020, a LegalTech hackathon with a grand prize of $10,000. With a diverse skillset and unconstrained curiosity, Tristan builds upon the quality of Sprint’s investment portfolio and helps empower our portfolio companies.
Tom is an Investment Analyst (Undergraduate) at Sprint who works on sourcing startups and supporting them on their mission.
Tom is a student at the University Queensland, studying Commerce and Laws (Honours), with a major in Finance. The University of Queensland’s Chief Student Entrepreneur in 2022, Tom developed his passion for technology competing in hackathons, winning a number of national and international hackathon and innovation prizes.
Most notably, he received former CEO of Google, Eric Schmidt’s, 50,000 USD Global Reimagine Challenge Prize for a social media plugin for mental health first aid and, separately, Global 1st place at the Ericsson Innovation Awards, receiving 25,000 EUR for a transportation logistics technology he co-founded.
He furthered his exposure to early stage ventures as the first hire on the product and engineering team at Layer Licensing, working on the first version of their marketplace platform.
Chantal is an Investment Analyst (Undergraduate) and has been with Sprint since January 2022.
Chantal is currently studying a Bachelor of Applied Finance & Economics at UQ. In 2022, Chantal won the UQ KWM Transform Law competition.
Additionally Chantal is an Undergraduate Analyst at KPMG, is a Startmate Student Fellow and in June 2022 attended the London School of Economics studying Venture Capital.
The Sprint Advisory Board advises the Investment Committee and provides investment recommendations for opportunities in the Sprint mandate.
Lynda holds a number of Non-Executive Directorships and Advisory Board roles.
Lynda is a non-executive director of three listed companies, Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd (DMP) and Wagner Holdings Ltd (WGN), Rubicon Water Ltd (RWL) and of AVANT Mutual Limited. She is member of the Advisory Board of Jamieson Coote Bonds and Director of Musica Viva Australia.
From August 2012 to April 2018, Lynda served for two terms as the inaugural Chairman of the Aged Care Financing Authority reporting to the Minister for Health and Aged Care. ACFA was a statutory committee established to provide independent advice to government on funding and financing issues in aged care.
Lynda previously held senior roles at Executive/Managing Director level at Telstra, including as Chief of Product. Prior to this, Ms O’Grady was Commercial Director of Australian Consolidated Press, the publishing subsidiary of PBL and General Manager of Alcatel Australia.
Until the creation of the Australian Digital Health Agency effective July 2016, she served as one of two independent directors of National Electronic Health Transition Authority (NEHTA) for six years. She has also previously served on the Council of Bond University, Council of Southern Cross University, Boards of Screen Queensland and TAB Queensland and on the IT&T Board of Advisors to the New South Wales Treasurer.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree gained at the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Craig began his career in 2003 as an in-house Chartered Surveyor for Prudential plc, he subsequently became an institutional Fund Manager for the investment arm of Prudential M&G with portfolio responsibility for over $1bn in UK real asset investments.
In 2009 Craig relocated to Australia and became the UK Government Director for the UK Department for International Trade advising on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) of Australian companies and inbound capital infrastructure investments into the UK. In 2016 Craig became the Head of the British Consulate Brisbane and managed UK Prime Minister and Lord Mayor visits to Australia and New Zealand, including for the G20, and the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
In 2019 Craig became Director of the Office of the Queensland Chief Entrepreneur, within the Queensland Government, leading innovation initiatives for the State’s entrepreneurs. Here Craig worked closely with Chief Entrepreneur Leanne Kemp and Ministers and Director-Generals from the Queensland Government to assist regional startups and scale ups to grow their businesses, expand their international footprints and attain capital investment.
Bart is an Executive Director who leads and manages the Virtual Assistance Support Team of JLL’s Global Valuation Advisory business. Growth is a major focus for Valuation Advisory and Bart is tasked with ensuring that the strong growth achieved to date, and planned for the future, is supported and managed in a controlled environment.
Bart has 30 years’ experience providing property advice to financial institutions, government bodies and private clients. His experience includes a wide variety of generalist valuation work incorporating valuations of industrial, commercial, retail and residential
assets.
Bart has extensive experience in resumption/acquisition of property, retrospective valuations and rental reviews. He is also highly experienced in preparing expert witness reports valuing property for the Land and Environment Court and the Family Court of Australia.
Innovation has been central to his business career with a focus on technology and data in the property sector.
Bart is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute, Certified Practising Valuer, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Business (Real Property Valuation and Administration).
As the Founder of 6 successful businesses over the past 20 years, Todd is a Business Development, Strategy, Engagement and Management professional with over 20 years practical experience, designing and delivering business and operational solutions within the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Todd has delivered strategic, operational, and tactical results across many fields, including supply chain and logistics; renewable energy, not-for-profit/for purpose, aviation, defence and national security and agribusiness.
Todd is well placed to identify emerging markets, business opportunities, value proposition development, value creation and planning and strategy execution coupled with integration of investor relations, capital raising and end user identification. Todd’s extensive client base and return work demonstrates the effectiveness of his delivery and advice. Jim has over thirty-five years’ experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
He has worked with chemical, laboratory distribution, in-vitro diagnostics and medical devices companies and has held senior management and board positions in Australia and internationally. Jim was a co-founder of three successful companies – Techlab Enterprises, Pacific Diagnostics (sold to NYSE listed Baxter International), and Panbio Ltd (ASX: PBO, sold to NYSE listed Alere).
He has held various company directorships for over thirty years, presently serving on three boards (InterHealthcare Pty Ltd, ProGel Pty Ltd, and PERKii Pty Ltd). Jim has held board and advisory positions with life science and technology-based companies in early stage, and during commercialization and growth. For the past twelve years he has also been an active angel investor and mentor to various early-stage companies.
Jim holds a B App. Sc (USQ); B Econ (UQ); and is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors FAICD.
Chris Morton has over 40 years combined experience in the funds management, legal and property industries.
He is the Co-founder and Chairman of the investment platform InvestmentMarkets, a digital platform which connects investment product issuers with self-directed investors.
Prior to the establishment of InvestmentMarkets, Chris was the joint managing director and the major shareholder in the ASX listed Trinity Limited. His role with Trinity centred around the stabilisation and restructure of the Group at both corporate and property levels.
For 10 years to October, 2007, Chris was the managing director of Property Funds Australia Limited (“PFA”), a pioneering property fund managers located in Queensland (which he co-founded). PFA grew into a $750M funds management business and was sold to Mirvac in 2007.
He also headed up the property division of legal firm Phillips Fox (now DLA Piper) in Brisbane where he was a partner for almost a decade. During his time as a property development lawyer he was considerably involved in the 1980’s and 1990’s property cycle and some of the significant property projects of that time including the Myer Centre, Waterfront Place and the Oasis on Broadbeach Shopping Centre.
Chris is the Chairman of the Prince Charles Hospital Foundation which funds and conducts world class medical research. He has been a Past President of the Property Council of Australia (Qld Division) and the Australian Direct Property Investment Association, a Member of the Queensland Heritage Council (Queensland government’s governing heritage body), Past Chairman of Life Education Queensland (the primary supplier of drug education services to schools within Australia), a past Member of the Lord Mayor’s Business Advisory Round Table, the Brisbane City Council’s Urban Renewal Task Force and was also previously a member of the Board of Trustees of Brisbane Grammar School for 17 years .
Chris is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Real Estate Institute of Queensland. He holds degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland and a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge in the UK.
Dr Robert McCartney is a physician who has specialised in the field of Occupational Medicine for over 20 years. His career goal is to maximise the health, wellbeing and productivity of working people.
He is a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine with the Royal Australian College of Physicians and a past president of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Occupational Medicine.
He has extensive experience in the prevention, diagnosis and management of occupational injury and illness. This experience combined with his understanding of internal risk context and business imperatives enables him to provide effective and efficient solutions to the employers whilst serving the needs of employees.
Dr McCartney is a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, a certified Medical Review Officer with the Australasian Medical Review Officers Association and the Medical Review Officer Certification Council, a Nominated Medical Advisor to the Queensland Coal Mine Worker’s Health Scheme and consults for Workcover Queensland.
With a background in engineering, business and government, Sandra brings new thinking to companies navigating the risks and exploiting the opportunities of climate change and sustainability. As a senior leader Sandra has extensive experience in the energy and water sectors along with decarbonisation and adaptation.
Sandra also brings strategic insights on regulation, compliance, risk, assurance and reputation that are necessary for growth into new and exciting spaces.
Sandra is currently a Tribunal Member at the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal, and Chair of its Energy Sustainability Schemes and Energy Networks Regulation committees. Sandra is also a Board Member of the New Zealand Electricity Authority and Chair of its Systems Operations Committee.
With the Institute for Science on Global Policy, Sandra is helping world experts came together so hydrogen reaches its potential sooner.
