Ben is an active Property Technology investor and is the Principal of LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane and Brisbane City Residential.
Ben’s expertise in the city’s property industry extends back 30 years and he is an influential member of the LJ Hooker brand, he is one of only a handful of business owners elected to represent the national network through its Advisory Group and it’s Franchise Owners Council.
Qualified in Property Valuation from the University of Queensland, Ben is a second-generation property specialist who has worked in every facet of the property industry.
As the joint Principal of LJ Hooker’s Brisbane City Commercial and Residential Brisbane agencies, Ben oversees the management of client investment portfolios which extend from inner-city apartments to warehouses and greenfield corridors across an integrated team.
His reputation for premium results has built long-serving relationships with private and publicly-listed entities including Evans Harch, Winning Appliances, The Distributors, Delfin, Stockland, Australand, GraysOnline, Toll, The Gorman Group, Woolworths, Birite, Caltex and 7-11.
