Llew is a leading Australian serial startup entrepreneur and investor that has foundered and exited to ASX entities over his 24 year investing, digital and marketing career.
Between 2006 and 2016, Llew was the Founder and Managing Director of The Reload Group, one of Australia’s largest digital & eCommerce marketing agencies. Llew built the Reload business to 90 staff and 300 clients located in offices throughout Brisbane, London and Manila. From 2016 to 2022 as Chair, he oversaw the global governance function and Reload’s sale to Hardie Grant Media.
From 1999 to 2006 Llew was co-Founder of leading Queensland web, eCommerce and digital agency Alfresco, that was sold to a consortium led by the ASX listed STW Group.
Llew is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) for the Bentleys Carefactor Aged Care Tech Global Accelerator and is the former EiR for the Muru-D Accelerator and Activate+ programs at River City Labs.
He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), holds a BA from the ANU, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (FIML).

Heath is a Partner at Bentleys Qld responsible for advising high growth clients, private family enterprise, multinational corporations, Government, Banks, Churches and healthcare institutions. Through this role Heath advises several Boards of Multi-Billion dollar organisations, Chairs a number of Advisory Councils and Family Councils, and works with high growth business owners around their scale up and commercialisations activities.
Heath is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia, New Zealand, and Responsible Manager (RM), Board and Investment Committee member for Bentleys full and unrestricted Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).
Heath is a well regarded and long standing active early stage investor (angel, seed and venture capital) and later stage private equity investor. Heath is also a CSIRO ON mentor, Brisbane Angels Member and a QLD Government Mentoring 4 Growth mentor. Heath’s interests are particularly focused on the technology transfer from research institutions into commercial business outcomes.
Todd is a supply chain and logistics, strategic engagement, specialist with over 20 years practical experience delivering solutions and projects in remote and austere environments, specifically within the Australasian and Indo Pacific region to critical industries.
Todd possesses proven past performance in the strategy, design and delivery of Defence and government supply chain and logistics programs of significance. disaster and crisis management and relief operations; international procurement; international business improvement; key stakeholder engagement with Government, NGO and commercial organisations; planning; and strategy execution within Australasia and the Indo Pacific region.
In solving complex challenges whilst delivering projects for clients including Bundaberg Regional Council, Aspen Medical, Qube, Serco, Toll, Deloitte, The Australian Government, The United States Government, The Singapore Government, United Nations and the New Zealand Government, Todd has very high level and enduring relationships with influential and key decision makers within the Asia Pacific.
Todd has demonstrated experience in providing integrated and interoperable strategic solutions between NGO’s, Government and commercial organisations.
Ben is an active Property Technology investor and is the Principal of LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane and Brisbane City Residential.
Ben’s expertise in the city’s property industry extends back 30 years and he is an influential member of the LJ Hooker brand, he is one of only a handful of business owners elected to represent the national network through its Advisory Group and it’s Franchise Owners Council.
Qualified in Property Valuation from the University of Queensland, Ben is a second-generation property specialist who has worked in every facet of the property industry.
As the joint Principal of LJ Hooker’s Brisbane City Commercial and Residential Brisbane agencies, Ben oversees the management of client investment portfolios which extend from inner-city apartments to warehouses and greenfield corridors across an integrated team.
His reputation for premium results has built long-serving relationships with private and publicly-listed entities including Evans Harch, Winning Appliances, The Distributors, Delfin, Stockland, Australand, GraysOnline, Toll, The Gorman Group, Woolworths, Birite, Caltex and 7-11.
Coby Sullivan specialises in strategy, marketing, and community building, with extensive experience in venture capital, tech networks and health innovation. With a background in international journalism and entrepreneurship, Coby has held key roles such as Head of Founder Communities at Innovation Bay, CMO at EarthTech, and Digital Marketing Executive at Flight Centre. Coby holds certifications from QUT and MIT and has a strong track record in strategic communications and stakeholder management.

Bibi is the Operations and Compliance Manager at Sprint Ventures and an experienced leader in the travel and startup industries. She co-founded Airguides, an award-winning platform that partners with world-class storytellers to create unique, sustainable travel experiences. Her expertise spans international development, strategic partnerships, philanthropy, and business operations.
Before joining Sprint, Bibi was instrumental in scaling Airguides, leading its expansion into new markets and forging key partnerships. She brings a strong operational focus and a commitment to fostering a culture of integrity, trust, and excellence.

James is an Investment Analyst Undergrad within the team at Sprint, providing support to the investment committee in origination and analysis of investment opportunities.
James is a final-year student at The University of Queensland studying a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (Honours). Prior to joining Sprint, James worked in project finance, mergers and acquisitions and investment banking. James currently works part-time as an economics tutor at The University of Queensland.
Alongside his studies, James is President of the Financial Management Association of Australia (FMAA), Australia’s largest professionally focused student society and has completed a short-term exchange to the London School of Economics studying Venture Capital, Hedge Funds and Private Equity.

Dr Robert McCartney is a physician who has specialised in the field of Occupational Medicine for over 20 years. His career goal is to maximise the health, wellbeing and productivity of working people.
He is a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine with the Royal Australian College of Physicians and a past president of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Occupational Medicine.
He has extensive experience in the prevention, diagnosis and management of occupational injury and illness. This experience combined with his understanding of internal risk context and business imperatives enables him to provide effective and efficient solutions to the employers whilst serving the needs of employees.
Dr McCartney is a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, a certified Medical Review Officer with the Australasian Medical Review Officers Association and the Medical Review Officer Certification Council, a Nominated Medical Advisor to the Queensland Coal Mine Worker’s Health Scheme and consults for Workcover Queensland.
From a background in a Chartered Accounting, Daniel joined Crestone from inception in 2016. Daniel has a connection to rural Queensland and pre-dominantly works with farming families diversifying off farm investment portfolios.
Prior to LGT Crestone, Daniel worked at Bentleys Chartered Accountants for 7 years where he completed his CA degree. Daniel has a Bachelor of Business (Professional Accounting) from QUT, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan, and completed Strategic Investment Management at London Business School and Family Wealth Management & Value Investing at Columbia Business School.
With a background in engineering, business and government, Sandra brings new thinking to companies navigating the risks and exploiting the opportunities of climate change and sustainability. As a senior leader Sandra has extensive experience in the energy and water sectors along with decarbonisation and adaptation.
Sandra also brings strategic insights on regulation, compliance, risk, assurance and reputation that are necessary for growth into new and exciting spaces.
Sandra is currently a Tribunal Member at the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal, and Chair of its Energy Sustainability Schemes and Energy Networks Regulation committees. Sandra is also a Board Member of the New Zealand Electricity Authority and Chair of its Systems Operations Committee.
With the Institute for Science on Global Policy, Sandra is helping world experts came together so hydrogen reaches its potential sooner.
Jim has over thirty-five years’ experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
He has worked with chemical, laboratory distribution, in-vitro diagnostics and medical devices companies and has held senior management and board positions in Australia and internationally. Jim was a co-founder of three successful companies – Techlab Enterprises, Pacific Diagnostics (sold to NYSE listed Baxter International), and Panbio Ltd (ASX: PBO, sold to NYSE listed Alere).
He has held various company directorships for over thirty years, presently serving on three boards (InterHealthcare Pty Ltd, ProGel Pty Ltd, and PERKii Pty Ltd). Jim has held board and advisory positions with life science and technology-based companies in early stage, and during commercialization and growth. For the past twelve years he has also been an active angel investor and mentor to various early-stage companies.
Jim holds a B App. Sc (USQ); B Econ (UQ); and is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors FAICD.
Bart Mead is currently the Land Commercialisation Director for NEOM, where he is focused on pioneering land development and commercialisation strategies for the groundbreaking mega-project in Saudi Arabia. NEOM represents a bold vision for the future, blending advanced technology with sustainable urban planning to create a global innovation hub.
Prior to joining NEOM, Bart was an Executive Director of Valuations at JLL, where he led the Virtual Assistance Support Team for JLL’s Global Valuation Advisory business. Tasked with supporting and managing the strong growth trajectory of the advisory business, Bart developed controlled growth strategies within a high-growth environment.
With 30 years of experience advising financial institutions, government bodies, and private clients, Bart’s expertise spans valuations across industrial, commercial, retail, and residential assets. He has significant experience in property acquisition, resumption, retrospective valuations, and rental reviews and is adept at preparing expert witness reports for the Land and Environment Court and the Family Court of Australia.
Bart’s career has been marked by a strong commitment to innovation, with a particular focus on integrating technology and data within the property sector. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute, a Certified Practising Valuer, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Bachelor of Business (Real Property Valuation and Administration).
Chris Morton has over 40 years combined experience in the funds management, legal and property industries.
He is the Co-founder and Chairman of the investment platform InvestmentMarkets, a digital platform which connects investment product issuers with self-directed investors.
Prior to the establishment of InvestmentMarkets, Chris was the joint managing director and the major shareholder in the ASX listed Trinity Limited. His role with Trinity centred around the stabilisation and restructure of the Group at both corporate and property levels.
For 10 years to October, 2007, Chris was the managing director of Property Funds Australia Limited (“PFA”), a pioneering property fund managers located in Queensland (which he co-founded). PFA grew into a $750M funds management business and was sold to Mirvac in 2007.
He also headed up the property division of legal firm Phillips Fox (now DLA Piper) in Brisbane where he was a partner for almost a decade. During his time as a property development lawyer he was considerably involved in the 1980’s and 1990’s property cycle and some of the significant property projects of that time including the Myer Centre, Waterfront Place and the Oasis on Broadbeach Shopping Centre.
Chris is the Chairman of the Prince Charles Hospital Foundation which funds and conducts world class medical research. He has been a Past President of the Property Council of Australia (Qld Division) and the Australian Direct Property Investment Association, a Member of the Queensland Heritage Council (Queensland government’s governing heritage body), Past Chairman of Life Education Queensland (the primary supplier of drug education services to schools within Australia), a past Member of the Lord Mayor’s Business Advisory Round Table, the Brisbane City Council’s Urban Renewal Task Force and was also previously a member of the Board of Trustees of Brisbane Grammar School for 17 years .
Chris is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Real Estate Institute of Queensland. He holds degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland and a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge in the UK.
