Greg Crocombe

Greg is a respected business leader and is the State General Manager for Westpac’s Consumer Bank in Queensland. He leads 1000 people across the Retail and Premium Consumer business with 1.1 million customers.

He brings 30 years of Banking and Business experience to the role across a variety of customer segments and strategic project roles; with twenty plus of those years leading, growing and developing distribution businesses at Westpac.

Greg has chaired the Westpac Queensland ‘One Team’ for eight of the past eleven years and from 2007 –2014, Greg was the State General Manager for the Commercial Business Bank in Queensland

Under his guidance, Westpac Commercial Queensland was the fastest growing competitor in the market and often led in Customer Advocacy. He led this business for sustainable growth through some of the Queensland’s most dramatic economic cycles.

His current business is No. 1 for Customer Advocacy and Satisfaction (of the majors), No.1 for Employee Engagement (8 points above the Global High Performing norm) and No.1 for Wealth penetration in the Queensland market.

Greg is an active member in numerous business groups and he was also part of the Prime Health Queensland Group that sold 3 x ROI in 12 months.
